Meet the Doctor
Dr. Doan is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a fellow of both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Doan was raised in Yukon. She graduated from Yukon High School as salutatorian of her class. She attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City. In 2000, Dr. Doan completed her postdoctoral pediatric dentistry training at the prestigious Columbia University in New York City.
For five years, Dr. Doan served as chair of the Council on Dental Education and Public Information for the Oklahoma Dental Association and chair for the Committee on National Children’s Dental Health Month. In 2008, she was voted Young Dentist of the Year by her peers and received the Robert K. Wynne Award for Excellence in Public Relations in the Field of Dentistry.
Dr. Doan serves on many foundation boards, such as the Wes Welker Foundation and the Oklahoma Dental Foundation. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Oklahoma County Dental Society, of which she is past president. Dr. Doan participated in many dental missions, for example the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy and the Pros for Africa mission in Gulu, Uganda.
In her spare time, Dr. Doan and her husband Josh enjoy traveling around the world and watching the Minnesota Vikings. Her favorite color is blue. She enjoys collecting starfish and mermaids.
